Branding
Can a brand be the face of two very different people and become everyone else’s? Not only it can, but it should be able to do that and more. It should be flexible enough to be adapted whenever. Because everyone changes and sometimes brands could use some change too.
If Property Management was an art expression, Portrait would be the co-founders’ personal signature. And no one can do it in a young and agile style like them and their teams. Portrait is a symbol of customization, a brand able to perfectly portray each customer’s lifestyle. Also, if we split the word in “por” and “trait”, it seems like we’re talking about a “Portuguese trait” – both a fact and a happy coincidence.
It’s the moment we hang a portrait that the house becomes home. Moving to a new house doesn’t need any more than this, just hanging those portraits – because Portrait will take care of everything else.
Visually, it communicates elegance and personality codes, while embodying plasticity through the wordmark’s contemporary and timeless typography and the most proprietary element: a line. This is how the symbol starts, like a painter. A set of different lines creates new structures. A code. A portrait. Sometimes horizontally aligned, other times in more dynamic way, the set of lines translate either the simplicity or the complexity of each project.
