Life at lift is all about people. Everyone who has ever worked at lift knows it. So, when we were asked to create a visual identity for the annual kick-off event, we had that in mind and wanted it to be all about them.

We started by creating fragments, pieces that represented individuality, different talents and backgrounds. The eyes, also as elements, create the sense of watching, knowing and unfolding each other’s stories by working together with the same purpose.

Together, they make lift’s identity as whole, unveiling a mix of everything they are, do, and become. A dichotomy of individuality and collectiveness, that embodies lift’s signature - “Evolving Communication” - and each one’s progress inside the agency.
